The legal nature of the Foundation: in line with the founders’ decision, the Foundation is private, i.e. it is not possible to joint the Foundation pursuant to Section 3:383 of the Civil Code.
The Foundation is an independent legal entity.
Following the registration of the Foundation, the founders appointed the Presidium of the Tiszántúl Reformed Diocese to exercise the founder’s rights.
